Coleta, tecnologia pós-colheita e utilização de erva-de-bugre

Resumo A erva-de-bugre é uma planta nativa em quase todo o Brasil e com grande incidência no sul do Rio Grande do Sul, sendo amplamente utilizada na medicina popular mas com poucas informações técnicas. Neste sentido, este trabalho tem como intuito descrever o processo de colheita, secagem e conservação do material visando a obtenção de extrato alcoólico para substituir a utilização da planta através da planta seca na forma de infusão. Esta fase é de suma importância, pois irá afetar de forma direta na qualidade do produto que futuramente passará por uma série de estudos. Pode-se concluir que a utilização de tinturas pode vir a substituir a utilização da planta seca na forma de infusão, sendo de fácil manejo e pode ser adotada por agricultores e interessados em utilizar a planta. Abstract The erva-de-bugre is a native plant in Brazil and almost all of which are prevalent in southern Rio Grande do Sul, is widely used in folk medicine but with little technical information. In this sense, this work has as objective to describe the process of collect, drying and storage of material to obtain the alcoholic extract to replace the use of the plant through the infusion. This phase is of paramount importance, since it will affect so directly the quality of the product which will become a series of studies. It can be concluded that the use of dyes may come to replace the use of the dry plant in the form of infusion, and the easy handling and can be adopted by farmers and stakeholders to use plan.
